  Super nutty, yeasty nose with hints of dried apricot and crushed brown apple.
  The mousse is very refined, non-invasive and well-integrated.
  The texture is layered with some full-bodied top-notes as well as a persistent fresh acidity underneath, which lingers on the palate for a long time.
  
  Not your typical cava, or any sparkling wine for that matter, but enticing and exciting.

  Väldigt bra och fullt utvecklad. Inga noter men en möjligt anmärkning är den något övervaniljade tonen - gissningsvis mycket unga/nya ekfat. Men, verkligen njutbar och fullt övertygad om att jag gissat Champagne blint. Inte fullt lika brödig som 2006:an som jag drack för några veckor sedan men mycket rågkärnor och mycket skorpa från surdegsbröd- samt grillad fullmogen citrus åt grapehållet. Någonstans kring 91-92

  A full-bodied Cava with wonderful depth and an underlying citric palate. Finishes with terrific length.

  From recent memory. @Es Raco des of Teix. Wow. Somm sold it as the Dom P of cava. Dom P it was not but damn that was a beautiful and tasty sparkling. Oh so lovely nose with citrus, dough and tropical fruits. Perfectly harmonious palate with fresh citrus, red apples and developed notes. Aromatics reminded me of a Beaufort 1996 Millesime that I had 9 months ago. Splendid, and what a surprise! 93-94p.
