Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 92 points

  • Bright golden straw. Right off the bat you are captivated by aromas of honey and apple and peppery spice, forward and rich. Viscous and plush, with flavors of spiced apple and brown sugar. Balanced acidity and a slight phenolic bitterness that adds rather than detracts. This has a few more years in it.
