  • Light honey gold color. Cork stain nowhere near the top. Nose of fresh-cut lilacs, peach, lime, chalk. Upon opening, the palate exhibited loads of almost brackish minerality and a faint overlay of buttery white fruit. As the evening progressed, the fruit blossomed and showed grapefruit, peach, and apple flavors also. Minerality softened. Intense and energizing acidity throughout, with a moderately long, stony finish. Somehow combined buttery sweetness and brashness at the same time. Excellent with grilled ahi tuna.
