Wow.
I've never tasted anything quite like this. On opening, the nose was virtually nonexistent, and the palate was hollow. Overly "alcoholish".
30 minutes later, it was developing a healthy profile of sweet leather.
Another 30 minutes, and it was rounding out with a balance of dried fruit.
90 minutes in, and it was stunning.
Wow.
