A private lunch (Restaurant Vineum, Rotterdam, NL): Crisp and fresh, light colour, no tertiary development, floral and mineral, shares the crisp, has the energy of the Riesling, but without the the broad and complex expression.

A business dinner (@ Home): An extremely rare wine, produced from only 600 vines in the Rüdesheimer Berg Schlossberg. Paired with the Riesling from the same vineyard and vintage. A lovely wine with excellent Orleans typicity, very pure and beautifully made. The ripe yellow fruit and subtle bitters remind one of Chardonnay. It does not have the flair or finesse of the Riesling, but it expresses itself very well.

@ VINEUM. Crispy, fresh and floral. Not very long or complex, but just nice!
