  Lovely blend. 50% Sangiovese, 50% Barbera. Opened for family to enjoy during appetizers on Thanksgiving, and everyone enjoyed it. The berry flavors are more tart than in a typical California varietal; the winemaker indicated pomegranate and I think this is right on the money. Nicely oaked, but not overdone.
