Six hour slow oxygenation did the trick. Dark colour, muted nose but clean and nice flavour. Weighty, yellow fruits, good freshening acidity. Nice mature wine.

Needed a 6 hour slow oxygenation to get rid of the oxygenated smell. Never great on the nose, a bit sherried but much better flavour, rich and weighty with fresh acidity to give it lift. Went very well with a creamy Kedgeree.
