Nice value, one of the best vintages since 2004, this wine should hold up for 5 more years, although if I'm holding Riojas, I'd spend $10 more and buy a Gran Reserva.

Vanilla on the nose. Easy drinking wine in a bland international style. Not bad, just devoid of interest.
Well made, good balance ,frechnes and acidityMatch with steak and pepper, good price quality
Traditional Crianza and (too much) marked by American and French oak. Wellmade and modern, with a Burgundy-like mouth feeling. Good for the price.
