Unless you've got a perfect cold cellar, it's time to drink up. Stored in a mid-upper 50s to mid-upper 60s environment this found bottle (CT showed zero when I did some physical a while back), this was fully mature, hinting even at sherry and reminding me of a Jura (semi)oxidized style, not quite, but nearly. Not as much spice and viscous weight at this point, but a serious grip to the body and a range of orchard fruits and touches of tropical fruits. Even though it was towards the end, it was not tired and drank well over two nights. A nice effort. I wish I had one perfectly stored to try.

Absolutely delicious, I’m sad that I only have one more.
With baked chicken breast and light sweet potato. Butter salt and pepper and cumin

Wow, screamingly good right now with beautiful melon and honey and a complex mouthfeel that is killer. Very well made.

Stood up Ok to grilled asparagus, and fine with grilled portobello too.
My sense was the it might have been better a year or two earlier, but not OTH.

Soft, layered, rich with some sweetness. Definitely time to drink. Bought on release and stored in wine cellar.
