drinking well now. very classic PC chablis character of citrus, mineral, and (yes) oyster shell. has held up quite nicely but hasn't really improved over the years. drink up now.

Better than the last bottle I opened. Still some oxidation creeping in. I find this with a lot of bottles of white burg I bought from Premier Cru back in the day before I discovered garagiste. But at the price, not a great QPR. A simple 8 year old Muscadet blew it away at dinner.

This is great. Has taken on a bit of richness with age with some secondary notes of apricots and almonds, but primarily this is classic Chablis of clean citrus fruit, mineral, shells, and steel. Drink up.
