  Light on the nose and palate. On the nose grapefruit with very little of the gooseberry / wet grass I was expecting. On the palate grapefruit with slightly more noticeable wet grass than the nose. High acidity and good minerality and like the 2010 Boutinot Vouvray Cher et Tendre, the described off-dryness is hardly noticeable and balances the acidity. But unlike the Boutinot there is no hint of any richness. Probably explained by the difference in cépage. Good on it own on a hot summers day, or with salad and pizza.

  Average Sauv Blanc with a nice bouquet of gooseberry and white flowers that unfortunately don't follow through the palate. Light bodied and clean with some citrus, but not much flavor.
