Maturity starting to show. Nose with ripe lemons, butter, flowers, smoky minerals. Palate not really impressing, missing the GC fruit and depth. Ripe sweet citrus, honey, vanilla. Palate a bit short and thin for a Les Clos and rather low in acidity. Vintage related is my guess.

Let breathe in the bottle for several hours. Gorgeous wine. Showing only slight signs of age in the color. Only touch of burnt yellow color. Nose shows minerals up front. After warming up some nice lemon zest and fresh lime as well. Subtle almond notes. Palate is super fresh and youthful. Awesome acidity. This is a killer wine with at least another 10-15 years of life ahead.

Second bottle opened of 5. Not quite as fresh as the first but definitely seems to be straying from the more typical Chablis qualities. This shows the hot vintage and is almost more like a Cotes de Beaune white. First bottle was better.
