Tasting of the Utrecht Wine Society (Utrecht, NL): Tasted blind. Juicy and soft, slightly vegetal, ripe but with modest aromatics, vinous rather than typical for any individual grape variety, decent length, hint of apple. I have fond memories of the 2012 - maybe this is just a bit too old?

High Acidity Whites (Extra Space): Tasted blind. Pop and poured and drank over 2 hours. Appearance is clear. pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon, green apple, slight saline minerality, and some florality. Youthful. On the palate, dry, lovely high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon-lime, green apple, saline and limestone minerality, chrysanthemum. Long finish. Good quality Chablis 1er Cru, from a screw-cap! Elegant and rather good balance. Can drink now, and will develop nicely over the next 3-4 years. Excellent quality at the price point.
