Good showing. Not profound, but satisfying. Clear palate, good acids, tangy clear and light golden fruits, not much length, but nice tangy acids. In the zone now, but a hint of maturity and fruit that has just started to turn past prime. Nice, brisk, acidic finish. Drink now.

Tasted blind. Golden straw yellow color. More aged than the Droin Montee Tonnerre '13 tasted next to it. Tropical fruits, ripe tanguerines, peaches and some alcohol. Volatility increases with time in the glass. The palate is powerful and concentrated and shows lemons, sweet fruit, apples and almonds. Quite long finish. Slightly bitter palate. I figured this to be from the southern part of Burgundy because of the tropical fruits and increased maturity, obviously I was wrong.

Very good showing. This is bright on the palate, very clean, with clear fruit, and a very interesting, satisfying textural element - grippy and with palpable dry extract. Held up well over the next few nights, too. This is drinking at peak for my palate.

This bottle is showing really ripe and bright, with pulpy citrus fruit and flower blossoms, very ripe and bright and energetic. Skipped the second night (Jewel Bako instead) and by the third night, didn't really hold up, diffuse - - which is exactly the same word I used in my last tasting note on this wine, in Sept. 2014.
