Served at dinner party, note from memory. Appearance: Clear, medium yellow-gold. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with developed aromas of musty earth, brackish water, lemon zest, almond, and mushroom - kind of off-putting initially but grew on me over time. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium body, medium+ intensity, 12.5% abv with developed flavors of melon rind, lemon tart, marmalade and saline with a medium+ finish. Clearly showing development but feels like there are years of favorable drinking window ahead yet.

Lemon, grapefruit and salty mineral notes. Great intensity and freshness. Linear and razor sharp. Wonderful acidity. The long finish is loaded with chalky dry extract. Wonderful!

The Roots Fund Charity Wine Dinner (Atelier - Chicago IL): Wonderfully fresh and vibrant, prototypical Chablis with an inviting assortment of lemon and apple flavors plus aromas, some tart, some sweet. Very good length .
