  The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like fresh apples and a hint of sulfur. It tastes like apple and has a hint of alcohol to it. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

  Toast, lemons, cheese and a bit of oak. Very good and complex, but lacks a bit of precision in my view, compared to the NV Mesnil Experience. This is probably due to the vintage and the oak.

  An extremely bready experience with brioche, freshly baked buns and dark crisp bread all to the fore. Some white flowers and lemon zest underneath. Nice mousse, balanced acidity which is quite low for a BdB Champagne but good enough, fresh citrus and bread on the palate as well. Elegant and drinkable but slightly short. Still very nice.

  I don't think this will reward further cellaring, feels surprisingly mature. Very complex nose with toast and almost exotic fruits. Complex and long on the palate. Good acidity and balance, but a little hint of softness and sweetness that is not present in the NV Mesnil Experience (which is why I actually prefer that, over this vintage at least). Very enjoyable, nevertheless!

  Trop jeune.
  Le boisé est encore trop présent, la bulle pas encoe assez assagie et la longueur est juste correcte.
  Beau potentiel néanmoins. Un vin qui gagne à être gardé.
