My first and last bottle, and still drinking well. Notes of lemon, lanolin and florals on both the nose and palate. Light mineral and acid add structure with the alcohol almost completely in check. I'd still drink sooner rather than later.

Pale, clear gold in color. Nose of honey. Grass palate, but not the overdone SB of NZ. Noticeable grapefruit and a little bitterness on the finish, supported with nice acidity. Overall, very nice without being pushed too far in any direction.

Popped and poured with a dinner of coconut curried cauliflower and chicken tikka masala, home made. An excellent pairing. Nose is subdued. Palate is apricot, honey, sharp acidity which makes the pairing perfect. A bit of tropical fruit. Almost sweet on the tongue but with an ABV of 15.28%, all the sugar must be gone. Takes on extra weight after an hour of air. Finish moderate. There is a bad CT note that must have been a bad bottle because this is nothing like that.

Despite the 2014 time out on Cellar Tracker, I found this still quite good. Grapefruit, honey, clean out of the bottle.

Barnyard, bacon, hay, lemon, brie rind. Lots of funk and microbial infection.
