Dark cassis flauvors on the nose, the palate full and extracted but not overtly so, ample dark fruit and cassis, pine needles, dry herbal and sauvory notes, mocha, presence of oak and tannins but in a supporting role, polished international style which may lack terroir but I find this attractive, still youthful and on its way up but drinking well already now.

Massive Tuscan blend(Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon). Opened and decanted. Allowed to breathe for 3 hrs and perhaps it could have used a couple more hrs. Heavily extracted, mocha, dark fruit and earthy notes. It needs another 3-5yrs in the bottle.

This needed 2+ hrs in decanter to soften the tannins. The blend follows the fashion of 70/30 ratio - sangiovese/CS, offers abundant black fruits mixed with coffee, velvety body, delicious and easy to drink once spends enough time in decanter, however a bit too polished and international style, I would prefer to feel more intense sangiovese presence.

Drink beautifully right now. Deep brilliant red, penetrating fresh dark fruits nose, smooth tannins, gracefully balanced, blackberry, raspberry, hint of vanilla, mocha, creamy, chocolate. it is delicious and tasty. A great wine at a reasonable price.

Partially corked, but this is such a great wine that after an hour or so it was actually drinkable.
