Although very primary, this was perfectly open and enjoyable right out of the bottle, although it was best after 4-5 hours in the decanter. This is a delicious fruit-forward syrah with very prominent dark fruit notes along with some spice and game notes. Can't wait to try another with a year or two of bottle age.
