Beautifully done Chasselas showing no signs of aging. The oak is very light, but does not dominate the fruit at all. The fruit is juicy and reminds one of nice ripe pears and peaches. Behind it all there is a touch of fine acidity which gives the wine just that bit of freshness it needs. Drank with salmon from the bbq, fantastic pairing.

Very pure, balanced and lifted by a pleasing acidity. Citrus, wet stone and a whisper of herbs. But not a great deal of complexity and unlikely to improve. A perfectly good mid-week quaffer. Bought at the winery.
