A fresh, but almost too dominating acidity, lemon, some butter and toast. Too young, give it a few years. After being cold decanted in the winefridge for 24 hours, the wine showed it's potential. More balanced, fine structured, more toast, fresh, butter, a better harmonized acidity, peach, lemon, lime, apricot. Fine finish, a bit of caramel, long, very refreshing
Wow! I was afraid this would totally closed down, and perhaps it will soon but right now it is just singing and full of power! I Served this blind it was guessed to be a young Corton-Charlemagne by some at the dinner. Rich, full of minerals and long aftertaste. At the price it is a steal!!!! This could be the best Saint-Aubin I have tasted in time!
