I am totally impressed by this wine. I would never guess Sonoma Coast or California in a blind tasting. This has a Puligny Montrachet 1er cru vibe to it. It is powerful with big mineral and toast. The texture is slightly oily. While being a powerful wine, it still maintains a sense of balance to it. After two hours it was really in a sweet spot.
Had it with pan fried Onaga (long tailed red snapper), cauliflower puree and sauteed spinach. Winner!

Not bad, but not very good either. Lacks finesse.

Popped, poured, consumed over next 90 minutes. Consistent with previous notes. Excellent.
