  • Decanted for a good hour from a beautiful magnum. A year since we had this last (Papies 92) and continues to evolve and become more and more special.
    This time the nose was exceptional, soft and elegant and a day later the feel of it is still around when we were discussing the tasing notes. Such an elegant nose almost a Burgundian wine with a dollop of tar and a darker more intense side. Soft spice too. Really an impressive. We wanted at the start to move on the the burgundies that followed but really the wine kept pulling us in more and more and for this reason it deserves our 94. The palate is in a good place too, giving and round and silky in a way but with the presence a good Barolo has. Still though that super expressive nose will stay with us.

  • Aerated in decanter 30 minutes. Tar, some blood orange, fresh cherries, red, and white flowers. Pretty serious structure on the med+ palate; developing length. A keeper. Based on full potential, highly recommended

  • 14:30开瓶,酒塞状态非常好,和之前开的06简直是天于地的差别,初尝也不算封闭,开瓶常温醒酒,晚上7点,倒了半杯,杯中静置了15分钟。花粉,咖啡豆,微弱甘草,微弱菌菇。介于颗粒和粉末间的单宁。酸度基本融合了,并且不弱,但因为隐藏于单宁中会不让人感觉到强。因为酸度的支撑,鲜美回味非常长。很快喝完一杯。这酒是个喝起来比闻以来更好的酒。格局很大,但如果喜欢勃艮第式优雅或者甜美的人,那就不适合

  • 开瓶第一天,樱桃利口酒,黑色水果,李子干和些许干花瓣等气味,不太宽阔,深邃凝练,穿透力强,还没睡醒,些许甘草和奶油,在后段形成圆弧。入口集中,初见扎实架构,但还比较紧缩,酸度尖锐如哨,单宁强,入口爆发,迅速冲击占领口腔,形成略显粗砾的粉质,而后变得光滑。黑色水果如果酱般丰厚。随后仿佛步入小林,灌木和植被覆盖地表,而后有细长的甘草甜味。

    第二天,开阔的森林中有丰富的植被,清凉药草,薄荷和清新湿润的泥土,黑色果味弥漫,开放且充沛,还有些许奶油、皮革和甘草。入口饱满浓缩,单宁强且细腻,骨架扎实,虽未完全洗净,但已清澈。果酱、果干和果汁的三重奏,加之飘动的花香和巧克力,丰富的森林气息和甘草,余韵很长。

    第三天,柔和清澈的气息,果香如林中深潭的涟漪,有深度且轻拂,紫罗兰的幻影,森林的印象形成倒影,随涟起伏,香草奶油氤氲,不可追索。入口酸度提高,空灵,单宁富有变化,非常强大,架构十足!果味开放宽阔纵深,同甘草、柔嫩的玫瑰花瓣一起散落林地,就连以往旅客的烟草和木盒也掩映其中。整体让我想起了宁静晨曦薄雾中的林间清潭,非常优雅,静中有动的韵律,口腔收敛,余韵长。91+/100

  • From magnum and decanted for a good 30 minutes. We have tried this wine twice 2&3 yrs ago (91-93) and we feel that now this is a a great place. The nose is just gorgeous, dark fruit, dark cherries, still very much on the fruit, soft spice, light peppermint feel and a touch of violet.
    Round and silky on the tannin albeit with lots of vitality and presence. We debated if this should be left to age further or not but frankly this now is just so beautiful we would not risk it. 92-93
