  We drank half of this bottle last night after having drunk a spectacular Panther Creek. It held up extremely well. Not as good, of course, but still a very nice wine. Will drink the remainder of the bottle tonight and we will be very anxious to see how it tastes after being opened for a day and without having drunk another wine before it.
