  • Sweet dark fruit, with a slightly cooked taste, sweet spices, dark chocolate, violets and cherry-like acidity. The alcohol level is quite high, but if you serve this on the cold side it is wel-behaved, as there is enough other stuff to balance it out. Not a wine for Burgundy-lovers though...
