  Pop, short decant and pour at a steakhouse. Paired wonderfully with ribeye. Really started to shine after it sat in the glass for an hour or so.

  Dark and rich red berries, cassis, dark black fruit and cocoa. Penetrating and intense nose with bulky but enjoyable body, and long finish. In a nice drinking window; stylistically much bigger and primary than I like my wines but very good for the style

  This is a wine I hate to love and love to hate, it’s so damned good but the pricing has gone haywire. I pick up some older vintages here and there and yearn for the days before napaflation!
