Well done , a fine claret from Priorat. Many flavors going on here , I wouldn't say this was outside of the drinking window by any stretch actually. We had 2 bottles , one was noticeably heartier than the the other both were very good.

Original purchase. Stored in a temperature controlled cellar. Drinking at its peak. With a short rib ragout paperdelle. Wish I had more. Still good fruit and a soft long finish.

Medium Body once taken off the considerable sediment. The nose is similar to a cross between Bordeaux and Musar, it's pretty much all secondary / tertiary now. The palate develops over time in the glass, it seems to benefit from about 30-45 mins, it's very elegant but lacking a bit of life, the finish could be longer, I'd be drinking these up if I had any more.
