  (Ads&Geoff@Coolah) light straw in glass, with apple toffee, light smoke and sweet softwood, light spice dusting. Sweet glycerol, with gentle light smoke revealed on palate, finishing with green straw, fresh hay, and red apples. Somewhat simple and young.

  (Bourbon and American Oak Sherry Casks, 40%) Honey coloured, with a soft nose of floral honey, blue peat smoke, hint of clean fruity melons and green cut grass. The taste is sweet and clean, light oak and a tinge of mandarin peel; sweetens further upon watering and gets slightly creamier. Pretty sustained minty peat finish with lots of soft, toffee smoke and green stems.
