Enjoyable bottle, age apparent with a tame tannin profile and shift of flavors to a more ripe fruit, acid still present with a nice finish, although mellowing out at the mid palate. Do not feel future aging is necessary, drink up.

Nice color although we were surprised at how light it was. Good flavors but not as good as when we had it a year ago. I think it needs to be consumed in the near future.

Decanted about 30 min before tasting. Took to Villa Creek in Paso Robles and tasted alongside an Alban Lorraine and Outpost Grenache. The Hoage stood right in there. It was everyone's #2. This wine is fully mature with tannins resolved and fruit still big and bold. I do not think it will improve further with age.

I drank this wine several days ago so don't remember the details. In general it was a full-bodied wine that had great fruit and a medium to long finish. It was a delicious wine.

Very solid, classic Paso GSM. Not amazingly bright, but really enjoyed.
