The pick of the bunch among the three lafons. Very sharp and racy with lovely tension. Just slightly hard on the finish for me. Still a lovely wine with years of development ahead of it. Absolutely not prem-oxed.
Slightly lifted nose of baked apple, vanilla and some florality. Slight oxidation. The acetic acid character blows off with time. Dry palate with mid-intense acidity and round ripe fruit. Some floral notes and proportioned oak. Straightforward and underperforming. Something wrong here probably. Shame.
