  • The appearance is clear and medium gold in colour.

The nose is clean. The aromas have a pronounced intensity and show notes of noble rot (honey), and fruit development (dried apricot, dried pineapple). The wine is developing.

On the palate, the wine is medium sweet with medium(+) acidity, low alcohol, and medium(+) body. The flavours have a pronounced intensity and show notes of noble rot (honey), stone fruit (apricot), dried fruit (sultana), and autolytic characters (waxy texture). The finish has a long length featuring additional notes of fruit development (dried pineapple) and citrus fruit (lemon).

This wine is of outstanding quality. The flavours are concentrated and have a great balance with the alcohol and the acidity. The sweetness has an amazing balance with the acidity, remaining refreshing on the palate. In its current state, the wine shows complexity with primary, secondary, and tertiary characteristics. The wine has a finish with amazing length.

The wine drinks well now, but has potential for further ageing. The fruit intensity is great and the acid structure should support the wine as tertiary notes continue to develop.
