  This is one sexy wine. The nose reveals Jamaican black cake, five spice, cherry smoked bacon, black cherry gelato and wintergreen. The voluptuous palate offers black cherry, black licorice mint, york peppermint patty, all held in check by a medicinal character and stone fruit pit mild bitterness. Terrific w asian crispy beef, and a black cherry black truffled barley risotto. Should drink beautifully for 15 years.
