19 from our local group plus Tom & Deb Mortimer from Le Cadeau at COV Edina MN. Tom & Deb brought 3 of their stellar PNs and the rest of supplied the starter champagnes and mid-course still whites. Brad B's btl and drinking very well! I can't remember having this before and will plan to seek it out soon. Wonderfully minerality but also a sense of depth with layers of citrus & stone fruit and hint of herbs.

Pale straw. Pithy grip on the attack, nicely mineral with lime cut. Just a hint of something slightly riper poking its head out occasionally before the line takes control again. ****

Elegant but with some flesh, a touch of ripeness and a minerally finish cut through with a slice of lemon. Nicely balanced and colourful in a neutral palette. Revisiting 48 hours later, this has fleshed out and showing a degree of richness. Not Puligny, Chassagne or Meursault, but very reminiscent of Mouches, so presumably a Beaune character. Lots of interest here. ****

Dinner with Tom & Deb Mortimer of Le Cadeau (COV, Edina, MN): Small taste. Lemon, stone fruit, vanilla, oyster shell, a bit angular. Didn't get much, but I remember liking a previous bottle more. 90+ to 91pts.

Absolutely beautiful. Signs of maturity but still years ahead of it. Impeccable balance
