  Dégustation Open Dreamer Style chez Simon B: Beau Chevalier qui s'est montré plutôt discret et qui a eu besoin d'air et de temps avant de s'ouvrir. Un profil complètement différent du 2009 dégusté à presque la même date l'an passé. Le 2009 était tout en richesse et enivrant alors que celui-ci est sous le signe de la tension et se montre beaucoup moins complexe et expressif. Il a définitivement besoin de temps en cave à fin de s'épanouir. Je n'ouvrirais pas avant 2026-2028.
