Sealed under Diam, this was drinking beautifully last night. It has some lactic, almond butter things going on. There are fresh lemon and tangerine fruits. It has plenty of saline minerality and shows excellent detail in the mouth. The finish is dry and chalky.

375 ml. Pale yellow. Belying the colour, the nose is slightly oxidized and leesy, savoury; I struggle to detect any fruit. The palate is dominated by oak and toast ; it's tired. The finish becomes watery, quickly leaving jsut a sensation of toast. Is this just a bad time for this bottle? It is unimpressive

Recognizable meursault and nicely balanced, but too much wood has been put in the bottle and that is a pity.
