  • Superb showing and even better than my last one. Vertical, mineral with lots of acidity and lenght. Stayed practically unchanges in a small bottle for 4 days in the fridge.

  • Adding a new note as the previous note I wrote doesn’t match the wine in any way. I think it was referring to a different wine.

No decant. Medium lemon in glass. Nose medium intensity. Primary aromas: Apple & pear, lemon, nectarine, melon. Secondary: vanila, butter. Tertiary: dried apricot & honey. This wine is definitely developing.

Plate is dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Flavor intensity medium minus at the moment (will revisit). Palate younger than nose and very green fruit driven including green apple and pear, also lemon. MLF driven cream.

This wine is balanced with a medium length and medium flavor intensity. Less complex on palate than nose. This is a good wine that may be very good with additional aging.

  • Pale gold with lime green hue.
Spent quite some time awaiting for this wine to open. Did not decant until later and the development was incrementally improved.
Very subtle nose of honey, oak and vanilla. Grapefruit and green fruit. I can certainly see why some would guess Chablis
Rather linear on the palate with a mentality on the back. Medium to full body. Medium-plus acidity. Dry. Didn't quite catch the long finish that others cited but medium at least.
The above notwithstanding, I expected more, particularly given the age, but I’ve also been known to overlook the subtle nuances of Chablis so it’s likely just me.
Paired with olive breadsticks, butter and wine basted scallops, tuna penne with chili flakes. I would have again but ideally different vintages for comparison’s sake.

  • This wine is still on its upswing. Upon opening it had a very linear and citrus aromas and as time passed by it developed into a very good Puligny with minerality and length. Very much enjoyed this
