Outstanding wine. Silky and elegant. Compared with multiple Leflaives 08 Batard and 05 Combettes and hands down the better wine. Didn’t feel a bit mature plenty of runway here, if anything young.

This was overlooked a bit at LXG due to the brilliant performance of the 2010 Coche Meursault Perrières. But it's a impressive wine in its own right, even if a bit post mature if you enjoy these flavors. Medium gold. There's a fair amount of butterscotch and caramel which signals it late stage of evolution and the acidity is slightly low. The fruit is apricot. At first almost one dimensional but fortunately gained some complexity with air. Obviously time to drink up.

A huge disappointment. Have cellared this wine for years in the hopes of greatness, but also understanding the risks of the Leflaive wines from this era. This is the 2nd 10 I have opened from my cellar (after the 10 BBM) and I am very sad to report that, despite neither wine being oxidized in any sense, the aromatics and palate are dominated by lees. Extremely cheesy / sour cream. Very little beyond it. Extremely disappointing.

Very similar notes to last time, maybe a smidgeon less expressive. Full of class, short of an absolute revelation. Same score.
