Densely concentrated and pure flavors almost bully their way through a firm spine of acidity and outstanding minerality. Delicious now, probably even better in 2-3 years. Balanced but still a little brutish.

Chilled then popped and poured to accompany shellfish mixed with fennel. Pale white gold. Nose of schist, oyster shell, rose petal, a hint of oak. Lively and primary on the palate with white stone, tartly acidic grapefruit and lime, plus some granny apple and astringency at the end. More mineral than fruit at this stage, with stark acidity and bone dry structure. Long, grippy finish of brine and citrus. Needs time to come together but definitely a chiseled laser beam of a wine in the making.

At home with barb and Alan. Delicious, bright flowers balanced with great minerality. Still on its way up but very drinkable now
