Surely drinking at its peak now.
Great balance with fruit still remaining and the expected spicy and mineral notes. Beautiful texture and excellent length.

Very strong showing.
The tannins have resolved a little faster than expected, but this wine is beautiful right now: great texture, full mature display of Gevrey and a long and complex finish.

La Paulée de Singapour 2023: Lovely, aged nose. Sweet red and ripened black fruit along with sweet tobacco leaves and earth. Delicate but not thin. Opened up beautifully showing a rich complexity.
From a double magnum and will continue ageing.

Drank from double magnum. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of toast, spices, ripe red fruits, earth, forest. Medium+ acidity, medium tannin.
