  • Orange, honeysuckle, and spring flowers on the nose. The longer it was open the more perfumey the nose became. Full bodied and vibrant yet low acidity, overall a luscious texture. Orange blossom and rind and confectioners sugar in the palate. I wish that we had not finished this wine over dinner (lemon risotto, sea scallops and pea shoots) because it was improving and I suspect, it had much more to reveal. it was open for only 2 hours.
