Herbs and wild berries in the nose. Fully mature and resolved with mint, leather, dried cranberry and caressing tannins, finishes with a tarty, sour cherry and slightly drying quality. Very good, drink any time

Still a saturated, dark color. Beautiful nose of creme de cassis, creosote and new oak. Medium to full-bodied, with a tight, muscular texture. Chiseled, with uplifting acidity, this has reached full maturity but seems to have many years left. Drink now-2026 92

Very dark, saturated ruby/black. Fantastic nose of fresh mint, creme de cassis/black currant, damson plums, creosote and smoky oak. Medium-full bodied and dense. This is the real deal, stacked with loaded of spice as well as black currant, other black fruits and smoky oak/tar. This is remarkably fresh/young tasting. Drink now-2030 94

Decanted for sediment which was considerable, WOW, this was incredible, this is my second bottle, the first tasted was way back in May of 2010. This second and last bottle was well worth the wait, full cassis, currants, plums,, outstanding balance wit peppery notes, the finish went on and on, in fact I could taste the fruit for ten minutes after the last taste. Bravo to this vintage of Laurel glen!

Super corked. Second bottle of 2002 that was corked. So disappointing.
