Nose with citrus, white flowers, green apple. Palate with noticeable mineral, green apple, high acidity. Young, 89(+) pts. Came across as a rather classical-styled Chablis, because I didn't find the moderate oak influence at all obvious, but then again it is a wine from a firm and acidic vintage.

Rubber, flint, loads of minerals and citrus zest bouquet. Taste mirrors the nose. Unfortunately lacking acidity and comes across as slightly over-ripe. A fairly tasty wine but slightly dissapointing for a 1er Cru Chablis.

Summer Whites and Roses - France and Austria; 6/15/2012-6/16/2012: This Chablis falls on the more modern end of the spectrum. It's not searing or steely, but neither is it flabby or too fruity. For me, it's got the perfect combination of sunshine and limestone. Aromatically, it's got a rich melon thing going on, as well as some peanut shell. Creamy on the palate with lots of pineapple, green apple, minerals and slate. Rich, but balanced and elegant. I really liked this Chablis, and I'd love to revisit it in five years.

Chablis 2010 (Chapitre 20, 75004 Paris): Both nose and palate are too light in my opinion.
Not the good time for tasting? Problem of bottle?
Should try it in few years to make a definitive opinion
