Starbright straw yellow color, light in the glass. Hits the nose like a big hunk of granite, with lemon curd, lychee, and lime zest. On the palate it leads with lemon-dominated citrus, with bracing, steely acid and wet stone minerality. Textbook chablis, and great food wine -- the acid works well with a huge range of flavors (I paired it with yogurt marinated grilled chicken and asparagus; hit the spot perfectly).
