Full gold. Holding up well. Quite rich with a saline grip. Opens and develops a bit in the glass. Remarkably good considering the vintage. Lots of interest here, though no great complexity or line. ***

Dark honey in colour. Almost an exotic nose to it, jasmine, floral light honey too. A full fat big wine and a great experience to try. Still very much alive and although from an average to bad vintage this showed very nicely. For sure it has seen better days but we would gladly buy some bottles of this quality. Pls note this is an ex chateau bottle.

Urine, with a touch of rot. One for the label drinkers and necrophiliacs.
