Burgundy Tasting (Wine Route Tel Aviv): Purple-light brown color. Excellent on the nose – typical and powerful – perfumed and earthy. Light bodied, very good acidity. Very good (90$)
Vanilla and nut on the nose. And then really crisp on the palate. Very strange. Not what I was expecting. Maybe the oxydiative thing will blow off? Buttermilk and tangy. Soured milk?
