Was offered a glass of this at Fringale, where this wine is now the house Pinot Noir (and at $120/case wholesale it is a really great value). It had a bright fruity-sweet nose, soft tannins, medium to low acidity, a medium body and a moderately long finish. The mid palate was delicious with some complexity. It isn't a wine-geek wine, but it is a very good pinot noir for everyday drinking that shows its Santa Lucia Highlands heritage very well.

A full, rich California pinot. Not for the Burgundy drinkers. Pretty good for the price.
