  Medium red. Nose of dried tart cherry and baking spices. Palate showing nervy acidity from front to back, with only medium weight despite the 14.5% alcohol, and an explosion of candied fruit with distinct cinnamon and clove notes. Outstanding effort, very food friendly (drank with grilled salmon and curried acorn squash), at peak. Sourced directly from the winery.
