  • Appearance: Bright and clear, pale lemon-green in color, with watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, medium intensity and having youthful aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, peach, citrus blossoms, grass, tea leaves and stony.
Palate: Dry, medium acidity and refreshing, the wine is of medium alcohol and medium (-) body, showing medium intensity flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, citrus blossoms and grass, with medium length.
Conclusion: Good quality NZ Sauvignon Blanc showing the typical gooseberry characters with good fruit and floral notes of reasonable intensity.
