another bottle reveals a pleasing value-priced ($10.69/bottle), balanced, fruity, easy-to-like pour, just as with the earlier bottles; the tasty stuffing and finish offset the wine's sadly barely-there aroma, and justifies its purchase as a decent patio or casual party wine
12/2/2012 - 88 points - another bottle: little else to add to the description below. Fruity, but not quite a fruit bomb; and a good value at $12/bottle. Wish I had a grilled hamburger right now to pair the wine with.
10/20/12 - 87 points - color: dark purple; nose: faint earth and oak; taste: medium- to full-bodied mouth feel, jammy cherry-plum fruit taste, medium-length slightly vegetal finish with black pepper notes; overall: like its previous vintages, 2010 Jip Jip makes for a simple, everyday, easy-to-drink, better-than-ordinary fruity pour at a reasonable price ($11.69/bottle). It would be a buy-by-the-case value at $10.

Did not have any clear distinguishing characteristic. Acceptable but wouldn't buy again. Did not hold up for a second night.

Fine everyday Shiraz. Better ones out there, but wasn't terribly let down.
