Nice wine but I guess I prefer these younger, within 4 years. The fruit has subsided and it might even be a more balanced cab right now as tannins are still there. But the strong mountain fruit these wines give off in their younger years make them a unique CA cab, IMHO. 5 hour decant now and having with BBQ pulled pork- increasing score to 91. Better with food than alone. drink solo if young, with food if older.....

Blackberry, concentrated framboise, fig, cassis, leather. A very solid, mellow, mountain cab. Thumbs up!

Still lovely with plenty of fruit and plush tannins. Boysenberry and mocha still strong.

Nice Mt Veeder wine that has many years of aging left but still very drinkable today. This wine went well with the steak and potato.
